Fluorocarbon coating

PVDF fluorocarbon coating is the most excellent baking varnish for metal building surface that has been proved so far. It can make the building resist the decomposition of ultraviolet light and the erosion of harsh natural environment for a long time. It has strong cleaning and easy cleaning performance, and can keep the color of the building as new for decades. It is a must for high-grade metal buildings. 

Fluorocarbon coating is prepared by using 70% PVDF resin and 30% advanced acrylic resin as coating resin and advanced inorganic ceramic pigments.

Powder Coating

Powder spraying technology has developed rapidly in recent years, and is widely used in industry and modern architecture. Powder spraying has better corrosion resistance, as well as better adhesion, flexibility and hardness. The coating cost can be reduced to a greater extent. 

Powder spraying is mainly divided into high voltage electrostatic method (corona charging), electrostatic wet paint spraying, powder friction electrostatic method and contact charging method.

Roller coating

The roll coating process is to coat the rolled steel plate and rolled aluminum plate, and then form the pre coated plate before use. At present, the color steel plate and aluminum-plastic composite plate widely used are roll coated products. Roller coating is mainly used for aluminum veneer and aluminum profile products that cannot be processed after coating. 

The combination of rigidity and toughness, and the plate surface strength is extremely high. With rigid and tough combination, it can be cut at will, divided into strips, bent arcs, balanced pressure, drilled holes, connected and fixed, and formed by edge compression.

Water-based paint

Water based coating is the most advanced surface treatment, environment-friendly, non-toxic and lifelike spraying process for metal building materials. It is completely water-based, mainly including natural gravel paint and liquid granite. It is widely used in the external walls of hotels, office buildings, business buildings, high-end villas and other buildings. 

The water-based coating has the characteristics of excellent alkali resistance, mold resistance, good leveling performance and not easy to change color. It only needs half of the construction cost of traditional stone, and has good simulation effect. The service life under normal environment is more than 15 years.

Mineral paint coating

The main components of mineral paint are original minerals such as seaweed mud. The mineral components of seaweed mud are mainly Opal and its variants, followed by clay minerals - hydromica, kaolinite and mineral debris. Mineral clasts include quartz, feldspar, biotite and organic matter. The organic content ranges from trace to more than 30%. 

Seaweed mud is usually light yellow or light gray, soft, porous and light, with strong water absorption and permeability.

1. Free formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia, radon emitted by some indoor materials (such as floor, large core board, sofa, furniture, etc.) after the decoration of the new house, and harmful substances continuously emitted by TVOC every day. Seaweed mud mineral paint can effectively absorb and decompose harmful substances. After the decoration, the harmful substances are absorbed, decomposed and eliminated by tens of thousands of small holes opened by seaweed mud.
   
2. The inorganic mineral coating has stable molecular structure and super weather resistance. It is suitable for any climatic conditions. No matter the harsh climatic environment or the high-intensity ultraviolet radiation, it can not change the color of the mineral paint. It is exposed to high-intensity ultraviolet radiation - equivalent to a year of natural weather, and its color shows no signs of change.
   
3. The thermal conductivity is very low, and the thermal insulation performance is very good, more than 6 times higher than that of cement and mortar. It greatly saves electricity and heating costs. It provides superior conditions for 65% energy saving standard.
   
4. Algae mud releases 1869 negative oxygen ions per square centimeter per second. The floating of negative oxygen ions in the air is the same as living in nature. In addition, the effect of far infrared ray is conducive to regulating human microcirculation and improving people's sleep quality.
   

Liquid granite

Liquid granite coating is a unique decorative material, which is composed of a variety of liquid color balls. After ingenious fusion, it can achieve the appearance finishing effect of natural stone. It is a high- tech product integrating high-quality new materials, advanced chemical technology, rigorous production and construction technology and the concept of green environmental protection.
