KTXC's production base is located in Xinhua Industrial Park, Luhé County, Guangdong Province, covering an area of 180 mu. As a leading developer of modern building material ecological industry platforms, it is committed to driving industrial upgrading and fostering a service-oriented ecosystem. The base primarily produces three major series of ceiling products (film-coated, roll-coated, and spray-coated), aluminum single panels, curtain wall panels, and irregular ceilings. Boasting a large contingent of professional designers and R&D personnel, the company boasts strong technical capabilities and extensive production scale. Additionally, KTXC’s raw material storage base is situated in the China-Europe Industrial Park, Shishan Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City, focusing on the production and processing of aluminum plate raw materials.

The company has invested heavily in establishing a manufacturing facility equipped with world-leading CNC sheet metal processing equipment, including TRUMPF CNC turret punch presses, CNC plate shears, CNC bending machines, CNC engraving machines, and CNC slotting machines from Germany; American Killer argon arc welding equipment; German OBO stud welding machines; and other high-precision machinery. It operates multiple fully automated production lines for aluminum ceilings, aluminum strip panels, aluminum grilles, aluminum square tubes, and various aluminum hanging panels. Furthermore, the facility is outfitted with Ransburg (Japan) fluorocarbon electrostatic spraying systems and Gema (Switzerland) powder electrostatic spraying systems, maintaining long-term partnerships with global paint industry leaders such as PPG, AkzoNobel, and Tiger.

KTXC’s products have passed inspection and certification by relevant national authoritative technical institutions.
